Financial Management

Our financial professionals work closely with each Owner’s Management Company (OMC) client to plan, budget and apportion service charges and sinking fund contributions. We take a long-term approach which avoids any unexpected hikes in the service charge. In many cases, we are able to reduce service charges on an on-going basis thanks to good planning and a rigorous approach to budgeting.

Administration

As agents, we convene and attend meetings such as AGMs and EGMs. Additionally, we meet with Directors or Resident’s Committees at agreed intervals. Our involvement and input at these meetings can be of great benefit in ensuring good communication channels and a positive living environment for Residents.

Insurance Management

  • On behalf of the Owners Management Company (OMC) we identify potential insurance providers/brokers to provide necessary insurance cover including, block, engineering, public liability, employer/employee liability and directors and officers. 
  • We liaise with the insurance provider/broker on renewal of all policies.
  • We co-ordinate and administer insurance claims on behalf of the OMC. 
  • We record and receive insurance settlements on behalf of the OMC.

Ancillary Services

This service is available 24/7/365. Our emergency paging service number is currently 087 982 2121. This number should be used in cases of common area emergencies ONLY and should not be used for routine calls.  Security alarm activation in individual apartments is the owner’s responsibility.  The emergency service is for emergencies in the internal and external common areas only.
